The EASE Creation module consists of Internet or corporate Intranet based tools:
- EasyWeb reads stylised Word or PowerPoint documents and converts them to online web pages, including logos, backgrounds, page navigation, web links and print options, all laid out in the required format and colour scheme. Tests and formal examinations can be incorporated through Word test templates which automatically create the online tests and the recording of learner results.
- EasyAuthor allows either for the maintenance of EasyWeb created material or for the online creation of learning material, again all stylised to the organisation.
- EasyQuestion allows for either the maintenance of EasyWeb created question banks or the online creation of the same.
The Telematica EASE system and office desktop tools can be used to quickly assemble training materials, often by reusing existing documents, which can often be delivered to the target group within the day.
