The EASE Conference module allows:
- Operation in a standalone capacity or integration with the EASE Centre training administration module to identify the named internal or external resources that can deliver or provide tutor support for course events.
- Resources to be dynamically scheduled in quarter hour time slots together with setup and windup time for specific course groups. Features exist for the allocation of training and syndicate rooms, either from internal or external provision, and the booking of training equipment for the course activity or sourced externally.
- Bookings to be processed for refreshment and other catering requirements, together with delegate special access or dietary needs and if appropriate overnight accommodation.
- Management reports to identify resource allocation for future events and to support the training facility set-up and equipment requirements.
The Telematica EASE centralised database of resource bookings enables a quicker response to short term reallocation issues to maintain service levels as well as providing a more responsive service to new training demands, all through a greater utilisation and tracking of core internal or external training resources.
