The EASE Competence module provides:

- Learning options can be a combination of formal training courses, online modules to address specific development areas or work based projects to prove skills and to assemble an evidence portfolio for distribution for assessment and verification.
- Searching of the learning gateway for specific learning options (e.g. dates, locations, etc.), coupled with the facilities of online booking for immediate access to online modules, fully support the individual in the achievement of their learning objectives.
The Telematica EASE system improves self motivation in individuals to increase their knowledge and translate this to enhanced workplace skills. Allowing access to learning after assessing their workplace skills enhances capabilities and ensures investment is targeted to the achievement of corporate objectives.
